Shipping

Shipping within Canada

All orders are shipped through Canada Post and rates are calculated according to the option you choose (expedited, priority or regular shipping).  

Orders are shipped and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

You can choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Not all delivery options are available in all areas.

Your order will be shipped within 1-7 business days and delivery depends on your location. 

All delivery times are estimates and most shipments are received within the specified times.  

Expedited and regular mail do not have guaranteed delivery times.

The shipping charges are not refundable for all shipped orders and returned packages.

We are not responsible for damaged packages and contents due to shipping.  Contact Canada Post about damaged packages.

Orders

Online Orders

After placing your order, an email confirmation will automatically be emailed to you with your unique order number. 

There are no minimum or maximum orders.  

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process and pack your order.

Order Tracking

When we ship your order, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment. 

The email will include a tracking number that will allow you to track your shipped package.

Out of Stock Items and Multiple Shipments

Based on product availability, if we cannot fulfill your order you will be notified within 24 hours. 

We will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled.

Your order may be split into multiple shipments to make sure you receive your order as quickly as possible. You will not be charged for any additional shipping fees.

When your ordered item is in stock (usually within 3-5 business days of receiving your order), we will gladly process your order and ship it to you.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

International Orders

We do not currently ship internationally.

In-Store Pickup

If you would rather pick up your order from our store, you can select the “Local Pickup” option during the checkout process. You will not have to enter any Shipping Address details.

You are required to select a time that the order will be picked up. If you cannot pick up your order at the selected time, please call us during our store hours at 519-426-6820 or call/text us at 519-410-7440, and we will arrange a different time for your order to be picked up at.

When picking up your order, please wear a mask and adhere to the social distancing policies for the province.

Telephone Orders

We take telephone orders from local residents only.  

If you prefer to order by telephone, please call us during our store hours at  519-426-6820 or call/text us at 519-410-7440 to arrange for in-store pick-up of your purchase at the following address:  454 Norfolk Street South, Simcoe ON, N3Y 2X3 (Inside the Pharmasave at the Whitehorse Plaza).  

If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message and we will return your call or text during regular business hours and by the next business day.

Please have your information ready for us,

  • The names and quantities of the products you wish to order.
  • Your credit card information.  Your order will be processed on our banking terminal device at the time you place your order. All transactions are verified through a secure process. We do not keep your credit card information on file. 
  • Date and time you expect to pick-up your purchased order. Pick-up times are Monday through Friday from 900am-1130am and 130pm-430pm

Order Cancellations

Returns and Exchanges

Returns on Individual and Bundled Products

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on our skin care products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used.

Returns are accepted on unopened, unused products in the original packaging and in good condition within 10 days of purchase.  See allergic reactions below.

If you are not satisfied with your online product purchase, please contact us within 10 days of purchase of your product so we can discuss the return. Email us at rinu@rinu.ca or call us at 519-426-6820 or call/text us at 519-410-7440.  Make sure you include your order number and order details.

Shipping costs must be paid by the customer.

We do not accept COD returns.  

Your money will be refunded within 14 business days after we have received the returned product(s).  

All returned products are subject to inspection by our staff.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only for customers who received a wrong, or a manufacturer defective or damaged product (broken lid, malfunctioning pump, broken dropper)

Exchanging for a different product is not allowed.

Allergic Reactions

On the very rare occasion you should experience an allergic reaction to any of our products, please advise us of your allergic reactions within 48 hours of use.

Our products are all pharmaceutical-grade and manufactured by 

We will provide a refund (no exchanges) on the individual product that caused the allergic reaction. 

We reserve the right to request a doctor’s consultation letterw and/or photos in order to confirm your allergic reaction was cause by one of our products.
